Dr. James Mellon is an ordained ministers of Centers for Spiritual Living, celebrating over fourteen years of ministry. He lives in Los Angeles and is the Founding Spiritual Director of Global Truth Center LA, a spiritual community of love, unconditional acceptance and one that supports creativity, a thirst for wisdom and a respect for all people everywhere. The vision statement of GTC LA is: Love Only - Forgive Everything - Remember Who You Are! Combining the arts with spirituality is the primary focus of Dr. James' vision of Enlightenment Through Entertainment. He is constantly expanding and exploring new ways to teach Principle through music, drama, art, dance and all forms of artistic expression.

Prior to becoming a minister, Dr. James had a successful career in the entertainment industry, which included Broadway, television, music and film. He played Riff in the Jerome Robbin’s revival of “West Side Story,” and toured the country as Jesus in “Jesus Christ Superstar” before turning his attention to directing and writing. He has written for television, film and has had three original musicals published for which he has written the book, music and lyrics. About Dr. James
His prosperity program, “Core Prosperity Relief” (CPR) has attracted thousands of participants for each 30-day workshop. He has also produced a series of 20-minute daily lectures, the first of which was "Troward in 20!, "an in-depth exploration of the brilliance of Judge Thomas Troward, a forefather of the New Thought Movement.
Dr. James is married to Broadway producer & actor Kevin Bailey. They have been together for over twenty eight years and have two children: seventeen-year-old-twins William and Nora. Both are very active in the teen program at GTC LA and are practicing Global Citizens.
